Article 11: Availability of products
All products that can be ordered on the site  calyem.fr   are deemed to be in stock at our premises or those of our supplier. Each item ordered is automatically deducted from stock. When it is no longer in stock, the "Availability" button notifies you.

 

As a result, orders are normally shipped the same day or the day after receipt of payment (immediate if credit card). Article 12: Terms of delivery
Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours after receipt of your payment.

 

Delivery for mainland France is made either by priority Letter Max, sending by priority mail, delivery times not guaranteed, or Colissimo followed, express service such as Chronopost, delivered against signature.

 

For a delivery with signature, it is advisable to contact us since an additional cost applies. Whatever shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link as soon as possible that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling and postage. We advise you to combine your purchases in a single order since we cannot combine two separate orders, otherwise you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, special care is taken in the package protecting our fragile products.

The products are delivered to the address indicated by the consumer on the order form. The client must verify the completeness and conformity of the information he provides to SYYG CORPORATION.

 

The latter cannot be held responsible for any input errors and the consequences in terms of delay or delivery error. In this context, all costs incurred for the reshipment of the order will be entirely the responsibility of the customer.


SYYG CORPORATION cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions attributable to carriers (total or partial strike in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications).

The consumer will be notified by email of the imminence of a shipment concerning his order.

 

In the event of a delay in delivery of more than three days from the date we indicated to you in the dispatch email, we suggest that you check with your post office that the package is not pending, then the if necessary, let us know of this delay by sending us an email.

 

We will then contact the delivery provider to start an investigation. For information, a Poste investigation can last up to 21 working days from the date of its opening.

 

If during this period, the product is found, it will be re-routed immediately to your home. If, on the other hand, the product is not found at the end of the period of 21 working days of investigation, the Post Office considers the package as lost. It is only at the end of this period that we can send you a replacement product, at our expense. If the product(s) ordered were no longer available at that time, we would reimburse the amount of the products concerned by the loss of the carrier.

Article 13: Delivery problems due to the carrier

Article 14: Delivery errors - Non-compliant products
14-a: The consumer must formulate with the company SYYG CORPORATION on the same day of delivery or at the latest on the first working day following delivery, any complaint of error of delivery and/or non-conformity of the products in kind or in quality compared to the indications appearing on the order form. Any complaint made beyond this period will be rejected without possibility of appeal.

To be accepted, any return must be notified in advance to SYYG CORPORATION Customer Service. The customer agrees to return the product in its original condition. 

Failure to comply with the above procedure, no claim for non-conformity or apparent defect of the products delivered can be accepted. Any returned product will be subject to a qualitative inspection. In the event of observed deterioration, no refund can be demanded.

Article 15: Right of withdrawal
SYYG CORPORATION respects the legal withdrawal period of 14 calendar days. During this period, the Customer may return, at his own expense, the products that do not suit him. SYYG CORPORATION recommends that the Customer return their products by priority Max Letter with a recommendation or additional insurance guaranteeing them, where applicable, compensation for the products up to their actual market value in the event of spoliation or loss of this merchandise.

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return costs which remain the responsibility of the Customer. The value of the returned items will then be refunded according to the means of payment agreed with the Customer or in the form of a credit note to be deducted from the following order(s).

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, SYYG CORPORATION will make every effort to reimburse the consumer within 15 days. In the event of multiple exchanges, SYYG CORPORATION will bear the costs of sending the new jewel, only once. Beyond the first request for exchange, the cost of returning the jewelry by SYYG CORPORATION will be borne by the Customer.

Article 16: Force majeure
Neither party will have failed in its contractual obligations, insofar as their execution is delayed, hindered or prevented by a fortuitous event or force majeure.

If the case of force majeure lasts longer than three months, these general conditions may be terminated by the injured party.


Expressly, are considered as cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, in addition to those usually retained by the jurisprudence of French courts and tribunals:  
• the blocking of means of transport or supplies, earthquakes, fires, storms, floods, lightning; 
• the shutdown of telecommunications networks or difficulties specific to telecommunications networks external to customers.

 

Article 17: Partial non-validation
If one or more stipulations of these general conditions are held to be invalid or declared as such pursuant to a law, a regulation or following a final decision of a competent jurisdiction, the other stipulations will retain their full force. and their scope.

Article 18: No waiver

Section 19: Title
